Deleting your account
You can ask to have your account deleted at any time. It does not have to go through the app: a message is enough.
How to request it
- Open the game, go to your profile, then Settings and Other.
- At the bottom is "Delete account". Type your name and send.
- The owner sees your request and carries it out. Until then you can withdraw it yourself.
No longer have the app, or cannot get in? Then mail us from the address you signed up with at privacy@portfather.com.
What goes
- Your username, your email address and your password.
- The IP addresses we noted, your signed-in devices and your notification subscriptions.
- What you wrote about yourself: your nickname and your own line.
What stays
The game itself. An attack that happened to someone else, a message in a conversation someone else was in, a forum thread four people replied to: those do not belong to you alone, and cutting them out would wreck other people's history. The name under them points to nobody after this.
